What a wonderful day for a wedding we got by the end of October, couldn’t have asked for nothing better!
Couple and families were very nice and Best man made me laugh and cry simultaneously with his speech, very nice one!
This time I had my friend and professional wedding photographer Luis Faustino as my second cameraman.
Having a second crew member makes all the difference in capturing more details of the day.
He was a very good help and it really added value and quality to the wedding DVD.
I wish that my clients could understand the difference a two cameraman set-up makes in the quality of the final product and could allow for this budget on their Wedding Film.
The Wedding of Marcela and Tomasz was a breeze of fresh air
with a double wonderful photoshoot on the castle and beach of Malahide.
With a Brazilian Bride and a Polish Groom, party and drinks
where guaranteed.
I had been to a Polish Wedding before and don’t use to drink
while working, otherwise would have been completely drunk with all the toasting
with Vodka shots during the meal.
The party after was very colourful with all the shining hats
and masks of a true Brazilian Carnival.
All and all, a very cheerful and entertaining experience.
Have a sneak a peek on the video below.
Marcela and Tomasz, I wish you all the possible happiness
and best of luck with the new arrival.
With over 1700 Weddings since 1996 the
Leixlip Manor and Gardens has established itself as one of the most popular
Wedding venues in Leinster.
The Manor is surrounded by 29 acres of
parkland, manicured lawns and a beautiful stone walled Victorian Garden perfect
for a relaxing walk and amazing Photo & Video shoot.
It’s amazing that this oasis of
tranquillity is situated only minutes from Dublin city!
With only a Wedding a day, couples can
rest assured of full privacy, dedication and attention.
The team, under the coordination of Lesley Daniels and Christian Schmelter, is exceptionally professional and well
organised; while the couple went for the photo and video session in the
Victorian gardens, the Drawing room used for the ceremony was transformed into
reception room so fast it looked like magic.
It was a pleasure working in such an
environment and I would truly recommend this venue as a ‘must see’ to any
couple.
The 20th April was a bright day with promises of
rain and even thunder, although never during the ceremony were we bothered by
the bad weather.
I arrived at Leixlip Manor and Gardens a good hour before
the first gests to get all the establishing shoots from the house and the
beautiful Victorian gardens.
Both gests and the team at Leixlip Manor made me feel very
at ease and treated me attentively.
I started shooting the wedding ceremony in stress! The bride
arrived through a different door and I almost lost her entering the aisle;
these are the moments when you have to be fast thinking and adapt very quickly
to unexpected events.
After that, all went smoothly. My two camera setup got all
the ceremony covered from start to finish and the wireless microphone enabled
me to have a very good audio feed through the ceremony and greetings.
There was a picture session with everybody and after, the
couple went for a relaxing walk in the Victorian gardens. We came back just in
time to see how effective the team at Leixlip Manor is! The ceremony room had
been transformed into reception room so fast it looked like magic.
Second moment of stress!!! Nobody warned me about the start
of the speeches... next time I’ll hold the microphone for safekeeping... again
think fast and act even faster.
The first dance came out very nice, although next time I’ll
keep my second camera higher than any guest’s head... at the last minute
someone just got in front of it. Thanks to two camera setup I had it covered
anyway.
Karen and Conor, I wish you will be even happier than you
have been in the past seven years.
Duarte
